Sourdough boules with shatter-cracked crusts, flaky croissants, seasonal tarts, and sandwich loaves — all mixed and baked before dawn. What isn't sold by afternoon has a second life elsewhere.
Olive oils, small-batch preserves, pastas, cheeses, and pantry staples chosen the way you'd ask a friend to pick for you. Local Texas products sit front and center; the rest earns its shelf space.
A rotating selection of natural and traditional wines by the bottle and glass. Ask about tonight's pour list — it's posted at the counter and updated as cases move.
Our Story
Loblolly Cellars started with a simple frustration: San Antonio had great food everywhere, but nowhere that brought together honest baking, a thoughtful pantry, and a wine program that actually listened to what customers wanted.
So we built it. On Wurzbach Road, in a neighborhood that deserves better than the same four options repeated on every corner, we opened doors and started baking. Every loaf, every bottle, every jar on the shelf is something we'd put on our own table.
We're not a chain. We're not a concept. We're a shop that stays open because people keep walking in, and we close the register each night knowing we did the work right.
